A survey of genres of literature combined with the development of composition skills appropriate to the 9th Grade.

English 8
A survey of various genres of literature combined with the development of composition skills appropriate to the 8th Grade.

Studies In Literature – Shakespeare
A study of the Bards Life, times, and major texts.

Studies In Literature – Science Fiction
A study of “Dystopia” (defined as ” a fictional place, state, or situation in which conditions are dreadful…”).

Grammar & Composition
For the student whose grammar and/or composition skills are below grade level. It prepares the student to write compositions of varying length, paying special attention to spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, and organization.
