Athletics
Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior students may compete in Varsity Golf, Tennis, or Track and Field through T.A.P.P.S.’s local, regional and state events.

Physical Conditioning
This course is an exercise in physical health and fitness. The course includes weight training, aerobics, volleyball, basketball and other group activities that will lead to healthy lifestyles and result in optimal physical fitness.

Kung Fu
An overview of the basic principles and practices of Kung Fu with primary focus on the Preying Mantis Style of Kung Fu.

Yoga
Teaches a series of stretching and toning exercises designed to increase flexibility and build muscle stamina. It also emphasizes proper breathing techniques that will help reduce stress and promote relaxation.

Off Campus P.E.
Students already participating in an organized sports activity may continue in that activity and receive a P.E. credit. Examples: Ballet Dancing, Equestrian Riding, Competitive Skating and League competition: Hockey, Tennis, Soccer, or Swimming.
